Replied on January 10 2011. Then find Ink Equation button at the left side of the Equation Tools Design tab to invoke the handwriting window. Select Current Position if you have a header or footer.

Choose Field from the Insert menu. Alternatively click on Insert in the top bar. Position the insertion point in the right-hand column then click on the Align Right tool on the formatting toolbar. To do this click inside the last cell in the fourth column click on Layout in the ribbon and then click on Formula at the far right.
