Press the Left Arrow key. To show calculations side by side with the values theyre based on for example to show the of Grand Total next to the subtotal first you need to duplicate the value field by adding it more than once. To format the Percent of Grand Total column click the second Sales fields Percent of Grand Total drop down and choose Value Field Settings.
The table calculation Percent of Total the computation using the Year of Year calculates relative percentages for each country.
All Sums are shown in relationship to the Grand Total Individual sales person sums are shown as percentage of Grand Total. You will see fraction numbers. In the Field List drag the field you want to duplicate to the Values area and place it right below the same field. While the numbers are correct and the percentages do indeed add up to 100 those Grand Totals offer only limited value.
