The equation of the Wheatstone bridge if R1 R2 R3 and R4 are equal and a voltage VIN is applied between points A and C then the output between points B and D will show no potential difference. As soon as the balance condition is obtained the value of the resistance R X is obtained. Substitute the values of impedances of Maxwells bridge circuit in the above balance equation.
