Percent a percentage of values that we want to exclude from the calculation. This macro calculates the trimmed mean by removing the smallest p and the largest p of the values rounded to the nearest integer and then averages the remaining values. The Excel TRIMMEAN function calculates mean average while excluding outliers.
TRIMMEAN works by first excluding values from the top and bottom of a data set then calculating mean.
