Choose the OK button. But I need a complete based on the weight of each task. The documentation is not clear but I have found that when Project Setting Track Estimated Remaining Effort per resource assignment is not set on the Cost and Effort page then PPM does not automatically calculate Percent CompleteHowever when the setting is enabled then PPM will automatically calculate Percent Complete based on its formulas.
Again the work complete value provides a more accurate depiction of actual progress.
Percent Complete Actual Duration Duration 100 This total percent complete is then divided and distributed across the duration completed so far. If you enter actual work for the task Project calculates percent work complete as follows. For example to show a task as 25 completed click Task 25 Complete. So I created a custom field Weight Number1 to denote the weight of each task and populated each task with its associated weight.
